Social Sunday’s and Guided Running

Along with a new pop-up each month, we hold a free guided run on the opening weekend. These are a ‘chatty’ pace, and everyone is welcome. Our social runs always have a leader and tail runner, so no one gets left behind. 

If you don’t feel confident exploring the trails alone, running with us is a great way to connect, make friends, and enjoy a coffee afterwards.

Abbotsone 10k Guided Run - Sunday 2nd March

Where: Abbotstone Down

Parking: Yes, there’s a Public car park SO24 9UD where we’ll meet and run from.

When: Sunday 2nd March

Time: Please arrive at 8.45am, so we can set off at 9am

Route: 10k, mostly tracks or to the side of fields, a few muddy sections (and a few gentle hills).

We run at a relaxed, social pace, following a run-and-wait approach to keep everyone together. Our dedicated run crew makes sure we stay connected throughout the run.

We’ll share the details at least a week before the run date. All runs are between 10k and 15k, held on Sunday mornings, meeting at 8:45 am for a 9:00 am start.

Jan 5th - Pitshanger

April 13th - Osterley

May 4th - Yeading Brook

July 20th - Horsenden Hill

October 19th - Boston Manor Park

November 16th - Northala / Pear Tree Park

Sunset Series

Join us on five guided trail runs through some of the best trails in the area. Whether you’re looking to challenge yourself or just enjoy a social run, it’s all about fresh air, great views, and meeting new people.

Each between 10k and 15k. Join us for scenic routes, great company, and relaxed vibes. Complete all 5 runs to earn a unique Sunset Series medal.

Each run will be held near to a pub, with the final run being held at the Flower Pots, Cheriton.

The full series has an entry fee of £10, and all proceeds support The Woodland Trust and its environmental projects.

The first route will be revealed when we open entry.
