Free guided running

These are a ‘chatty’ pace, and everyone is welcome. Our social runs always have a leader and tail runner, so no one gets left behind.

If you don’t feel confident exploring the trails alone, running with us is a great way to connect, make friends, and enjoy a coffee afterwards.
