Water Stations

Water stations at 6.5k and 13.5k

Water and squash will be available at the start and finish lines. Along the route, you’ll find water stations at 6.5K and 13.5K, both positioned at the bottom of descents with climbs just after.

We recommend topping up your hydration packs or bottles here. To reduce waste, these water stations are cupless and will not be marshalled, so please remember to turn off the taps. Thanks!

Volunteering

A great way to be involved.
If you enjoy the buzz of race day and the social aspect of being part of an event then volunteering is a great way to be involved.

Without volunteers we would not be able to organise events, the support that we have is fantastic and is a big part of the runners’ experience of the day.
